Disc harrows

Orbis V type trailed and mounted Off Set Disc Harrows are a kind of soil cultivation machine which is used to prepare seed bed by breaking the clods after the pulley and mixing the soil. Operations such as dissecting the plant residues and weeds and breaking the duff layer can be performed with V type towed and loop offset disc harrows. The most significant superiority from secondary soil cultivation tools is usable within wide humidity limits of the soil.

Vello V type Off Set Gobble Disc Harrows are hydraulic and trailed type machines which are used to dissect plant residues (corn, sunflower, wheat etc) and weeds; to break the duff layer; for triplication and matrixing process in a field which is left for fallowing after plowing. It prepares the field directly for planting by harrowless taming without using any other agricultural machine in dry seasons where ploughs can not enter after the harvest and it may be used to tame the soil including intensive humidity as well.

AGROLEAD Gobble Disc Harrow is used for stubble ploughing, chopping the plant that residues before cultivation and very effectively on the heavy soils, which other type of disc harrow cannot operate. It is easy to transport the machine from one field to another one by the assistance of hydraulic lifted wheels on the equipment. On the field, corner turnings become faster by the assistance of the hydraulic lifts that operated from tractor cabin. It is easy to adjust the working depth by the up and down movement of the wheels.

Commander Disc Tiller (Speed Disc) performs superficial ploughing, for the shattering of clods, preparation of soil for sowing, burial of organic substances & remains. Breaking and mixing procedures are done more efficiently due to the independent disc structure and machine construction;  each disc operates individually due to the bearing and tine design. When rubber cushions which are on each disc are stuck on an obstacle, breaking and damages on the chassis are removed because of forward-backward movements of the disc. It is effected less from the surface roughness of the field. It almost gives no harm to the field leveling. Furthermore, the roller mounted on the chassis steps on the soil lifted by the discs at the same time and minimizes the humidity loss after the operation. The machine can be used in heavy soils easily. Commanders are produced as fixed frames which are ranging from 2 mts up to 4 and hydraulic foldable frames that are ranging from 4 mts up to 6 mts. Trailing System is an optional feature of the machine to provide easy operation on fields and transporation on traffic. Machine can be equipped with one of cage,string caged,knife ring,disc, and tooth packer rollers according to the customer demands.
